Dynamics of Air, RMIT Gallery 2018

We take air for granted most of the time. But how do designers, artists, scientists and researchers work with an intangible medium like air?

In a new innovative exhibition – Dynamics of Air – will feature leading local and international designers, artists, architects and researchers to examine how we interact with air through our lived space and architecture.

The exhibition will open international dialogue between European institutions to build connections for designing a zero-carbon future, bringing together some of the brightest international minds to examine the relationship between air and the built environment.

The British Council is pleased to be supporting this collaboration between European institutions alongside RMIT Gallery and Goethe Institut. Goethe Institut and the British Council are both members of EUNIC, the European Union National Institutes for Culture, a collaborative network of cultural institutes across Europe delivering collaborative projects worldwide.

The exhibition opens on 14 September at RMIT Gallery in Melbourne.
