Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now open for First Nations colleagues in Australia and around the world to attend Marram-nganjinu Biik-gurrin (We are Country) First Nations Cultural Summit in Melbourne, 8 – 10 May.
We understand that the cost of attending the Summit may be prohibitive. In an attempt to lessen the barrier to attend, we are able to offer some travel assistance to delegates from around the world. The budget is limited and as we will not be able to fully fund any delegate, we appreciate your help in identifying what area you most require support.
To express your interest for support to attend the summit, please complete the following questions:
- Please identify what support you most require: travel / accommodation / registration fee, and an estimate of the total AU$ amount.
- Please tell us what country or cultural group/s you identify as.
- Why do you want to attend Marram-nganjinu Biik-gurrin Cultural Summit? (100 – 200 words)
- What skills and experience will you bring to the Summit? (100 – 200 words)
Please send your response to the above questions along with a current CV outlining your relevant experience (no more than 2 pages) to tahni.froudist@britishcouncil.org.au.
We can accept submissions up to 30 April 2017, however funding is limited and we recommend submitting your EOI as soon as possible. Only applications that answer all questions will be considered.
